I have been using a Jesuit, daily podcast that allows a quick burst of reflection using Ignatian prayer techniques
A new 10-13 minute prayer session is released each day with a mix of music, scripture and short reflective questions. Music includes classical, chant, choral and contemporary, so there’s something for everyone each day.
