In Australia, EVERY Friday is a day of penance, solemnities being an exception. 

I enjoyed a hamburger with lettuce, cheese, beetroot, pineapple, "secret" sauce, and bacon on a wagyu beef patty, and a Czech-style beer.

Solemnities on Fridays are good.
