Hi, James,

Over the past couple / few years, he and I had occasion to talk (on the phone) and text; the last I heard, hopefully by now, he's married and together with his lady love and her little ones.  There was a lot of "red tape" for him to cut through in order to get them together, understandably frustrating him no end.  Angry Nope Curse  

Interestingly enough, he crossed my mind a week ago, and I thought about texting him but got distracted and didn't follow through.  I'll send him a text and see what happens; will report back here if he responds.
