I wonder whether AI will improve dating.

Many dating sites already use some form of AI in making matches or they at least use computer algorithms, which are closely related to AI.

I will admit that I have occasionally used AI to get ideas for conversation starters and messaging on online dating. I use it sparingly and for ideas only. Whatever ideas it gives me, I put in my own words. It has not made a difference in results but has sometimes made the process less anxiety provoking. Apparently for some, AI chatbots have replaced dating altogether. I see this is a somewhat alarming trend.
