Just been reading about the Turin shroud.  It's astonishing.  Thank you for drawing our attention to it.

You're welcome. Think about it, is there any other object that we know of that exists today that actually touched the body of Christ? We have the last supper chalice, or Holy Grail, but no one knows where it is if it still exists, but the shroud of Turin is real and is being traced to the time of Jesus.

According to tradition, the cross itself. Broken up into many fragments in many reliquaries. I have never heard of any testing, and with so many fragments I doubt all are consistent.

I am sufficiently content with the Saxon poem "The Dream of the Rood."
