I don't know whether these 2 people are the only 2 people in the new job. 

I am remembering that the first people who I meet in a new job are not necessarily going to be the people who are going to be good friends.  It's usually the second or third group of people who I have more in common with.  I think there's a reason for that, the 2nd and 3rd wave of people are more comfortable in their skins and don't need "boards" or poo parties to share with others.

If there are more than 2 people in your work, hang in there, you may yet find some like minded people :-)

They are three out of four in my department! Still hope for one ! lol

it is hard to find like minded people and I will surely stick with those ones I have found
