Since this apparently is not a forbidden topic here, I will give you my two cents worth. I went along with this for the first three shots, the first two basic shots and the first booster. It may have been necessary at the time for the world to go back to normal, even if the benefit of the shots was somewhat illusory. I know some fully vaccinated people who came down with very severe cases of COVID. Maybe they would have been worse without the shots. Who knows?
I have not had a shot in about three years and see no reason to now. COVID is pretty much endemic in the population at this point. Coming down with COVID is hardly a death sentence now and is not much worse than a cold for many people. Consequently, in my opinion, the risk of continuously taking these shots is greater than the risk of getting COVID for most people. My approach in general is to focus on maintaining a healthy immune system. There is evidence that reliance on vaccines actually weakens one's immune system in the long run.
I know people who continue to get regular booster. This is their choice. There should be no judgment one way or the other.
