More and more of my friends  and colleagues are announcing their children wish to switch gender.

Concentrating on men becoming women for a moment (read the other way round for trans men):

Men will never ever be able to get rid of that Y chromosome, it will remain in every singe cell of their body (until CRSPR works)
They will never ever be able to carry a baby in their womb
They will never ever have a pregnancy scare
They will never ever have PMT
They will never ever have period pain
They will never ever have endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids or other women's health problems
They will never ever be able to get rid of the increased muscle mass testosterone has given them
They will never ever be able to change their bone structure.

They will only ever be able to become trans women, they will never ever be able to become bona fide women.  That's how biology works.

You never ever see cattle trying to gnaw off their udders, or rams gnaw of their parts so they can change sex.  Yes, there may be some very obscure animal that changes sex; it is so rare it is almost invisible to observe.

This seems to be some social experiment, unrooted in biology or evolution, that has the potential to seriously harm young people and in later generations will probably be called abuse.  Woe betide if you disagree with the social experiment though.  No, you feel obliged to rearrange you face when yet another colleague/friend explains their child has changed sex.

An unintended consequence, which no-one mentions, surely has to be that people will start to question the point of having children.  What's the point of doing all that hard work, if they end up changing a perfectly healthy, beautifully created/evolved body into something else.  No grand kids for you at the end of the tunnel.

Putin must be laughing.  Will he send the North Koreans into Ukraine?  What's the best response Europe can respond with?  Send the boys in, in their dresses and chipped nail polish to defend Europe.  The West is giving it's freedoms away hand over fist.  The irony is that Putin doesn't tolerate the trans ideology so there are no winners, even for those of liberal ideology in the West. 

The good news for Catholics, is the church does tend to stand its ground.

And I love Armand's statement, "The West seems that we have eliminated all boundaries that used to keep people safe".

... and we, human beings, are supposedly gifted with intelligence which God has not given to the Animal Kingdom ...   some peeps just haven't figured this out, yet (your list of things that men will never be able to accomplish)!  Sheesh! [fainting emoji]
