Yes, if you can call sending a message every two or three months "using." This is about as often as I find someone I have enough in common with to send a message. My subscription is up at the end of next month. I keep going back and forth but am now leaning toward renewing. As someone on CM forums once put it, it is kind of an insurance policy. But I think there is a greater chance my house will burn down than I will actually start a relationship on CM. I also have not fully taken advantage of "CM Relate but most of the people I have encountered on there live far away. I guess staying on CM would just be a way of keeping my options open.

I admire your optimism about CM. Well, except for the part about your house burning down before getting into a relationship on CM! ????

My subscription expires in early May, and I don't plan on renewing it. I've had enough of the nonsense there. The only things keeping me on CM are the Relate trivia events ... they're kind of fun to a little extent ... having SOME interaction with real, live people is better (in my view) than writing messages with people I don't really know.

Yes, I just rejoined because of the crazy good sale they had for St. Patrick's Day. I wanted to check in on the few people I chatted with and see if there were any new faces in my area. It's been a bust so far, but I had low expectations going in.

Of the almost daily dumb decisions over there, that was the dumbest when they zeroed out the forums. I don't believe the tech excuse either. That is a pretext.

Over on Christian Connection, there's a man taking a photo of himself sitting on the toilet, while using the wall mirror to take the photo. That sort of thing makes it very, very difficult to regret giving up internet dating.
