Christmas.
I know, I know, you're asking about The Triduum and Easter ... of those three, usually the Saturday evening Vigil (which runs 3 hours) and includes blessing of the new fire, new water, baptizing the new converts to The Faith, and if needed, their First Holy Communions and Confirmations, then Midnight Mass, Christ's resurrection in the middle of the night.
But since I've gone back to the Byzantine Rite at the beginning of March (it was recommended to me to find a different "pool" with a possible mate), they have a different structure to their services and liturgies.
As for my favorite church service, I don't really have one, per se; I'll probably go to their (Byzantine) Easter morning Divine Liturgy since afterwards, the social gathering is so heartwarming ... an extremely welcoming bunch of peeps! And MUCH, MUCH more so than at the Latin Rite church where I've been going for years. Can't help but feel like many of the (married) women with whom I've tried to befriend just are not very comfortable with a non-married female (me) around them and their families. I don't really know why, it's just a very definite feeling I've gotten, and especially over the past 10 to 15 years. So much for Christian charity.

Great Topic Susan! Since I go through each one, I try to reflect what I like about each one including Ordinary Time which is the largest liturgical season.
Outside of Ordinary time, I love Lent, Easter, Advent and Christmas.
As for services/Masses. I like Ash Wednesday, Holy Week (especially Easter Vigil), Easter Sunday, Divine Mercy Sunday, The Feast of Corpus Christi and Holy Days of Obligation (e.g. All Saints Day)
I am sorry Easter Vigil starts at 9pm for you Susan.
At my local parish, Easter Vigil starts at 7pm Central Time (8pm Mary Alice's time). They also perform the Polish tradition Święconka (the blessing of the Easter Baskets) on the morning of Holy Saturday / Easter Sunday
