What is your favourite for of exercise? - English Rose - 07-27-2025 I currently swim for 40 minutes, 3 times a week before breakfast. What do you do? RE: What is your favourite for of exercise? - Doug1979 - 07-27-2025 I mostly do calisthenics and stretching every morning. What I do throughout the day is determined by what my job has me doing that day. If I am in the office I walk during breaks (a long walk during lunch break) and some stretching to keep from tightening up. If I am out of the office on inspection (bridge mostly, but some construction) I get a good amount of exercise those days. When I get home, I have a glider that I use to get some more movement in. And then stretch again prior to bedtime prayers. I also do some things throughout the day to work on balance (i.e. if sitting on a chair or the floor always try to get up without using my arms).
