I jog at least 30 minutes every day and also enjoy hiking and bicycling.

I mostly do calisthenics and stretching every morning.

What I do throughout the day is determined by what my job has me doing that day. If I am in the office I walk during breaks (a long walk during lunch break) and some stretching to keep from tightening up. If I am out of the office on inspection (bridge mostly, but some construction) I get a good amount of exercise those days.

When I get home, I have a glider that I use to get some more movement in. And then stretch again prior to bedtime prayers.

I also do some things throughout the day to work on balance (i.e. if sitting on a chair or the floor always try to get up without using my arms).

Going up and down stairs and walking is about it. I want to get into kettlebell. I am horribly sedentary.

That is interesting as I do swimming 3 times a week. I also lift weights once or twice a week. I do running three times a week and rest all day Sunday!

I would love to chop wood! I remember my dad chopped wood on my childhood farmhouse in West Virginia. May I ask what type of gardening do you prefer?
